My name is Noah Wilkinson. I have been cooking since I was six years old. My culinary journey started when I would occasionally assist my mom in the kitchen on Thanksgiving to make her amazing mac & cheese. I started taking culinary classes at "Young Chefs Academy" in July 2020 to improve my knowledge of tools, techniques, flavors, kitchen safety, and the different meanings behind general phrases used in the kitchen. Not only have I taken classes myself, but I've also helped instruct culinary classes at Grace Christian Academy with Mix it Up Culinary Academy. I assisted with their classes for two years and continue to improve my culinary skills daily, as seen in my videos on my Youtube channel.
